Each Tige passes through numerous pairs of hands before it is handed over to its new owner. These hands belong to the skilled craftsmen who put passion and care into the art and craft of boat building.

We take extra time and put extra care into producing a Tige.
Our build process takes twice as long as the industry average, which means twice the attention, precision and accuracy. A dedicated Quality Control Auditor is assigned to each Tige boat as it rolls through the entire manufacturing process – following and inspecting that boat to perfection. Some would call this over the top; we just call it another day at the office.

Every person and every pair of hands that crafts your boat takes great pride in being part of your story. Only when we are 100% satisfied will any Tige be handed to its owner. There's no wonder they say that no other boat feels quite like a Tige.

SOLID TO THE CORE
In the lamination process, it takes 4 days of cure time, Ashland gel coat, AOC high strength resin, and Owens Cornings fiberglass to create the remarkable strength and lustrous, beautiful finish that you expect and love.

TECH ON DECK
Up next for your Tige is the assembly process. This is where our craftsmen hone their skills and transform the finest components into the finest boats on the water.

All Tige electronics are engineered, waterproof enclosed, and rigorously tested for ultimate reliability. Enovation Controls (Tige CLEAR) holds the ISO9001 certification and all wiring harnesses are finished with Deutsch connectors to maintain a sealed, secure connection that is optimal for the marine environment.

ON AND OFF-WATER LEGEND
Tige is powered by the marine industry legend, Indmar Marine Engines. Indmar has a pedigree going back 45 years and is the world's largest privately held manufacturer of gasoline powered inboard marine engines. They are true marine engine specialists.

Tige's in-house Indmar technician is hands-on in the installation process and approves the performance of every engine before it leaves the factory.

Our renowned interior is handcrafted with #tigelove. Our sewers expertise and attention to the finest details give each stitch extra style and a touch of true luxury.

The highest traffic area of your boat deserves the highest quality materials. Tige's Alpha Marquee vinyl with PermaGuard stain resistant topcoat, SolarFix PTFE thread, antimicrobial foam, Belgium-made staples, and HiLoft2 backing ensure years of comfort and durability.

WE PUT OUR BOATS TO THE TEST. AND THEN TEST THEM AGAIN.
Once completed, every Tige goes through an extensive lake test to ensure flawless performance and quality.
