Registration & administrative support – service terms

The service is provided by ACTION YACHTS d.o.o., Savska cesta 32, 10000 Zagreb, OIB 16033688533. These terms supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale; in case of conflict, these terms prevail for this service.

The service comprises: (a) an assessment of whether the specific device is subject to entry in a Croatian register or other administrative requirements; (b) a review of the available technical documents (manufacturer data, identification/serial number, manufacturer documentation, declaration of conformity where available); (c) preparation of the application and supporting documents where registration is required and the device meets the conditions; (d) communication with the competent authority on the basis of the customer's written power of attorney; (e) handover of the documents issued by the authority or of a written statement on the registration requirements; (f) an overview of the basic rules for using the device in Croatian waters.

The price is EUR 200 including 25 % VAT (EUR 160 excluding VAT) and covers the work described in point 1 for one device.

The price does not include administrative fees and charges, certified translations, technical inspections or surveys, notarisation of signatures, courier costs or other external costs. If any of these are needed, we inform the customer in advance with an estimate; we incur them only with the customer's consent, and they are charged at cost.

The customer provides complete and truthful information and documents (in particular the invoice, brand, model, serial/identification number, technical data and manufacturer documents) and, where communication with the authority is required, a signed power of attorney. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied.

The preliminary assessment and preparation of documents are usually completed within 3–5 working days of receiving the complete documentation. The duration of the official procedure depends solely on the competent authority and is outside our control.

ACTION YACHTS acts as a provider of administrative and advisory support, not as a registration, certification or public authority. Registration documents, certificates and permits are issued exclusively by the competent authority, and their issue cannot be guaranteed. Not every eFoil or electric surfboard is subject to registration in Croatia; where the assessment shows that registration is not required, the customer receives a written statement and the service is considered performed.

The service is not legal representation before courts and does not replace legal advice. A registration document alone does not guarantee the right to use the device in all waters or other states; local rules on use (zones, distance from shore, bathing areas, licences) must always be respected.

The service is intended for devices purchased from ACTION YACHTS, in particular selected models of the brands LIFT, HOBBYWING, JETBLADE and LIND. Availability depends on the specific model, its technical documentation and the intended use. If we find before starting work that the service cannot be provided for the device, we refund the price in full.

A consumer may withdraw from the service contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons (see the Refund Policy). If the consumer expressly requests that we start the service before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer pays a proportionate amount for the work performed up to the withdrawal. Once the service has been fully performed at the consumer's express request and with the acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

We perform the service with professional care. We are not liable for decisions, delays or fees of public authorities or for consequences of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer; liability for intent and gross negligence and mandatory consumer rights are not affected. Personal data and documents are processed only for the purpose of the service and the procedure before the authority, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
