What is included

Assessment of whether your device must be entered in a Croatian register or meet other administrative requirements
Review of the technical documents (manufacturer data, serial number, declaration of conformity where available)
Preparation of the application and supporting documents where registration is required
Communication with the competent authority on the basis of your written power of attorney
Handover of the issued documents, or a written statement on the registration requirements
Overview of the basic rules for using the device in Croatian waters

Not included

Administrative fees, certified translations, technical inspections, notarisation, courier and other external costs. We always tell you in advance and incur them only with your consent, charged at cost.

How it works

Fill in the device details above and complete your order. We contact you to collect the documents and power of attorney. The assessment and documents are usually ready within 3–5 working days of receiving complete documentation; the official procedure itself depends on the authority.

Intended for devices purchased from ACTION YACHTS (in particular LIFT, HOBBYWING, JETBLADE and LIND). If the service cannot be provided for your device, we refund the price in full. ACTION YACHTS provides administrative support and is not a public authority – the issue of documents cannot be guaranteed.
