Safety, insurance and operating requirements
Commercial operation of electric watercraft is subject to the legal and safety rules of the country and place of use. Before starting, the operator must verify the necessary permits, rules for the use of the water area, staff qualification requirements and adequate insurance. ACTION YACHTS provides information on the technical requirements of each model and can offer administrative support with documentation. Renting equipment does not replace public permits or authorisation to provide commercial services.
