The 5'4 LIFT5 F Cruiser eFoil is designed for riders who prioritize stability, comfort and easy progression. With 83 litres of volume, a durable fiberglass construction and a forgiving riding character, it is an excellent choice for beginners, families, schools and riders who want a relaxed, confidence-inspiring eFoil experience.
Its larger platform provides excellent flotation and balance, while the 28" LCS Aluminum 68 drive delivers a predictable, stable flight profile. As your skills progress, the system can be upgraded with a 32" carbon mast, making the Cruiser a highly versatile long-term setup.

Durable Fiberglass Construction
The patented fiberglass construction is designed to absorb impacts and handle the demands of learning and shared use. It is more forgiving during touchdowns and more resistant to everyday dents and knocks, making it particularly suitable for beginners, rental operations and frequent use.
28" LCS Aluminum Drive
The refined aluminum alloy mast provides excellent stiffness and stable flight. Its 28" / 72 cm height offers a controlled and predictable riding experience, helping new riders build confidence quickly.
For riders looking for more performance later, the system can be upgraded to a 32" / 86 cm carbon mast.
Quiet Direct-Drive Technology
The direct-drive motor is designed for smooth and quiet operation. With no unnecessary drivetrain noise, you hear the water rather than the eFoil.
Blowfish Compatible
The 5'4 LIFT5 F is compatible with Blowfish, adding extra stability, volume and versatility. This makes the setup especially useful for learning, larger riders and shared riding sessions.
Full Bolt-On Wing Compatibility
The system provides access to Lift’s range of bolt-on wings, allowing you to change or upgrade your wing setup as your riding style and skill level evolve.
Lift Jet Propulsion
The Lift Jet comes standard and delivers consistent, controlled and rider-friendly thrust, making it particularly suitable for cruising and learning.
Gen5 Full Range Battery
The 2.2 kWh Gen5 Full Range battery provides up to approximately 90 minutes of ride time and is around 23% lighter than previous 2025-generation models, improving handling and ease of transport.
Lift Hand Controller
The Lift Hand Controller provides precise throttle control with haptic feedback, GPS ride tracking and a sunlight-readable display. It is durable, floats, and is compatible across the Lift eFoil ecosystem.
