Loyalty programme conditions

1. Membership and benefits are personal and non-transferable, except for benefits expressly intended for invited guests.
2. Member benefits renew once a year on the anniversary of membership activation, provided the conditions for granting them are met.
3. Unused annual benefits expire at the end of the relevant membership period and do not carry over to the next year.
4. After moving to a higher level, the corresponding new benefits apply; uses already taken in the period are taken into account.
5. Preferential terms cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or individual prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. A preferential rental covers one standard booking unit of the selected equipment. Availability depends on weather, operations and safety conditions.
7. Service benefits apply to selected work; they do not automatically cover spare parts, materials, transport or external services.
8. Invitations to presentations, club events and partner activities depend on availability, capacity and the organiser's conditions.
9. Priority booking does not change bookings already confirmed for other customers.
10. The club may also award a higher status individually. VIP membership and selected events may have limited capacity and a waiting list.
11. Any changes to the programme will be published in advance and will respect applicable law and members' existing entitlements.
